Sedimentary Wines was mentioned in an article in the Globe and Mail a couple of weeks ago.  The article was by food writer Alexandra Gill.  It was entilted “Natural Wines: The Grapes of Rad” and in it she explored the debate around natural wine.

The opportunity arose when Alexandra challenged us to give her a ‘natural wine’ that she would enjoy drinking.  “We can do that” – we said. And so it was that a few weeks later we found ourselves at Hawksworth with Alexandra and Terry Threllfall and four bottles of Sedimentary Wines:  Cappellano Barolo 2005, Radikon Oslavje 2004, Cornelissen Rosso del Contadino, and 2004 Gravner Ribolla Gialla.

To find out Alexandra’s reaction to the wines and whether we were able to meet her challenge – read the article. You can find it here.
